Answer:
Click on the Help button / link, type in your user name and password under Edit User. click the edit User button. Make the necessary changes and click on the Edit user button.

How do I retrieve my password if I have forgotten it?
Answer:
Click on the Help button / link, type in your username under Retrieve your password. Click on the Get Password button. Your password will be sent to your e-mail address.

What is the difference between an auction lot and a classified lot?
Answer:
An auction lot allows the users to bid on an item until it is sold, with the bids incrementing each time a bid is placed. A classified lot just lists an item at a fixed price until it is sold.

What is the difference between a classified lot and a classified ad?
Answer:
A classified lot is a listing of selling an item (i.e. piece of equipment) and allows for more options of selling the item. A classified ad is usually an ad posted by someone in need of something or making a service available.

Answer:
You must first go to your e-mail and click on the link inside your registration confirmation.

How do I edit a lot, item, or ad?
Answer:
Enter your user name and password under User Features on the home page and click on Sellers Home Page. Select the lot to edit, and click on edit. Enter the new information and click on update.
Question:
What information is on the Seller Home Page?
Answer:
Permissions of the things that you have permission to do (i.e. list item, post an ad). It also shows all current lots / ads that you have open and fees.
