To start bidding, you will first need to Register at no charge as a Direct Medical Source member. Then browse our site to locate what you wish to purchase. To Register:
- Double-click on the Register link / button.
- Fill in all information. * Indicates that the indicated information field is required to be completed.
- You will immediately receive an e-mail at the e-mail address you supplied. You must open this e-mail and double-click on the link (per the e-mails instruction). This is just a confirmation that your e-mail address is a valid address.
You are now a registered member!
How do you bid?
- Once you Register, select a category. Inside the category, you will be able to select a sub-category (i.e. x-ray > x-ray equipment).
- When viewing a lot that you are interested in bidding on, double-click the Bid box.
- Enter you username and password.
- The bid box will show the next Bid. You may increase it if you like or leave it and accept the default as the next lowest available bid. Below the Bid amount box, you will see a Maximum Bid box. If you chose the auto-bid option when you registered, you can enter the maximum amount that you are willing to bid. If you are out bid by another user, your bid will be incremented to the next allowed bid until you exceed your Maximum Bid amount.
- Double-click on preview button to preview your bid or double-click on the Submit Bid button to submit your bid.
